It took me 40 minutes to book an appointment over the phone. I was constantly transfered, going through several different menus, and then on a very long hold. Each time I try to book over the phone, it's at least a 20 minute process. This is unacceptable.”

“Lifestance Health has a smooth booking experience. You receive reminder email/text about your upcoming appointment. Closer to the time, you do a quick pre-check. Ninety minutes before your appointment, you verify your birthdate and insurance; about once a month there’s a short survey to gauge how you are feeling, e.g. anxiety, sleep and focus issues, and the like. Your therapist reviews this with you.”
