“RT Clinic in Perrysburg is over the top! Their staff are sweet, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and funny! The amount of effort and thought that has been put into the physical office, blows my mind! It's the 'homiest' clinic I've ever been to! They have very comfortable recliners and a guest seat in almost every room, even a bidet in the bathroom! Now that's a top of the line, quality experience, from your mind to your....”
“My wife has been coming here since December 2025 for Spravato treatments. While the treatment has been slow going (its not always a quick fix as it is frequently sold as), we love coming here every week because of the staff. Dr. T, Alisha, & Paige are always kind and fun to be around. Highly recommend Dr. T & his facilities!”
“TLDR: effective drug, friendly staff, headstrong Dr. with a merciless attitude at the end of my care I hope to clear up a misunderstanding that I was otherwise not given the chance to clear up, and to hold some accountability to a Dr. that perhaps means well but let some things go to his head at my expense. The Spravato treatment was very helpful. If you have sensory sensitivities like me, then brace yourself for the first couple sessions. Lot of numbing and discomfort. I had a weird panic attack during the first one. It helps to bring things you can smell, taste, and touch to ground yourself with. The Dr. doesnt seem to have much training in mental health awareness or mindful speech, so be aware of that. When I told him about my adverse reaction, his response was "I don't care about the acute symptoms, just long term". The staff is very friendly. And I thought we had great rapport. One in particular had a vibe that matched mine in a way that is very rare... I've only had that kind of vibe with maybe 3 other people in my 40 years on this Earth. I was excited about the progress I had been making, the rare rapport, and I found myself interacting beyond the social scripts that we all get funneled into by our culture of fear - a fear that is rooted in experiences of being punished for being ourselves. And sure enough, I ended up being discharged for something I thought was a harmless interaction. As a business owner myself, a son who was taught to respect others (hi, mom), and a long-time Buddhist, I have never - and would never - intentionally harass, stalk, assault, or threaten to harm someone. Conversely, treating someone as a threat for not knowing better, or doing something that COULD be misinterpreted a certain way (AKA, literally ANY behavior) is how you end up with a society terrified of its own shadow and care providers causing undue harm. I always met the staff with dignity and respect. I hope they're able to derive wisdom, and perhaps an expanded view from this situation. The discharge was jarring and confusing. And the Dr's lack of empathy or willingness to clarify things did not help any. When I told him I didn't mean to make anyone uncomfortable and was very confused, he said he doesn't care about my confusion. When I asked if I could sign an ROI with my therapist to help straighten out the misunderstanding with him and his staff (my therapist knows I'm neurodivergent, struggle with unclear boundaries, and am often misunderstood), he said he has no obligation or interest in that. I suspect new policies will be erected as a result of this disheartening and discouraging experience; policies that impose more restrictions on interactions, when what would actually help is mental health awareness training, clear communication (including boundaries and policies), and conflict resolution skills. Some advice I wish more people would take to heart: - *Refusing to hear people out is intolerance, not protection. If you want to protect someone, arm them with truth...* - A person demonstrating a few particularly honed social skills doesn't mean they know everything about socialization and boundaries in every setting. - Fearing and avoiding people or situations is how you give them power. The antidote to fear is presence. - A little bit of communication and emotional regulation skills can go a long way to ensure that you're not inadvertently projecting fear or cruelty onto others. Not everyone who crosses a boundary does it knowingly or with malicious intent. If you're in need of mental health support, please don't hesitate to find a provider - one that is a good fit for you. Sadly, that may be difficult. But hang in there. I believe we are ALL capable of changing for the better. Healing and light vibes to anyone reading this! 🌞 G (not their actual initial): I'm sorry about the fuss. I hope you're able to keep your hair straight through this mess. Always a pleasure interacting with you. Your immutable acceptance of me helped to heal some deep wounds. Many blessings on your life path 🙏”
“Very unhappy, had an appointment scheduled July 3rd, they only tried to call me once to reschedule, so I had no idea it was canceled. I waited outside their office for anyone to show up. They still have not gotten back to me. On their app my doctor isn't even listed so I can't reschedule and they don't pick up phones or return calls.”
