What patients say on Google

“Took four months to get an appointment with an actual doctor and then was rescheduled twice because the doctor wasn't going to be there and asked to reschedule me another month away. Total fraud. Billed my insurance for "telehealth" when all the person did was bring up a bunch of past trauma and rush me off the phone. Do no even try to go here.”

“Please do not go to this facility. I was a patient of this doctor for over three years. During that time, I repeatedly told him and his staff that the medication I was on wasn’t helping me at all. Instead of listening to my concerns, they kept encouraging me to “just stick with it” Eventually, I went to another doctor. As soon as I explained what I was experiencing, the dr immediately changed my medication and it made a world of difference. This doctor was quick to try to tell me I most likely bipolar disorder, and his staff seemed to treat me based on that label rather than listening to me as a person. When I tried to offer constructive feedback and have a conversation telling him my concerns, he dropped me as a patient. Someone else I know also went here while struggling with depression. They were told to keep taking the same ineffective medication, and things took a serious turn for the worse. In my experience, this facility does not take the time to truly understand their patients. They seem more focused on fitting people into a diagnosis (especially bipolar) than actually helping them heal. It is truly disappointing.”

“I have never had any issue here. Everyone has been very kind and understanding of any issues I have had. Very attentive and they have thoroughly explained every medication they have prescribed. I highly recommend Lane.”

“This place is a total fraud. Dr Melham canceled my appointment the day of the appt nearly every time. Puts diagnoses on medical records that are not supported by documentation. Frequently switched me to other providers that "could not help me" by their own admission but billed me anyway. I requested my medical records and it took 45 days to get them (Ohio law requires 30 or less). Doesn't listen to patients and just tries to claim everyone is bipolar. This place is a total disaster.”
