How likely are you to recommend LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists Strongsville?
“This company only cares about the money. My first doctors appointment at this location was virtual. The NP had to cut my appointment short because she had a personal appointment . When I go In the office on my second visit was literally told by The NP to go get the money and come back tomorrow concerning the copay. As if I didn’t have the money…. Also office assistant (if you can call her that) had a horrible attitude and lied to me About what the company policy is. I’ll be honest this is not my first issue with this company but I don’t have the energy to type any further.. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH JUST MONEY! They will sick you with ANY bill they can.”
“After my first appointment with Rachel, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I have had moderate anxiety disorder and severe social disorder all my life, but with a recent large brain tumor diagnosis, recent brain aneurysm diagnosis and a history of melanoma, my anxiety was unbearable. After my visit with Rachel, I had an instant calming sensation come over me. I finally feel like someone really cares about me. I strongly recommend to anyone suffering mentally from a recent diagnosis given by seemingly callous doctors to call Lifestance, and if you’re in the Strongville/Parma area - make an appointment with Rachel!”
“Amazing!! Got an apt so quick and loved Amber! I felt understood and she really listened to me! Cannot recommend enough”
“They sent a text asking me about my booking experience. I was sent here through the Veterans Affairs community care network outreach services. Usually a very smooth amazing experience to have since the VA is very accommodating, i assumed the care sought here would be better. Everyone hates government provided Veteran's Affairs healthcare, but my experience thus far with the Department of Veterans Affairs has been amazing in every step. Now, to the nitty gritty shitty part of the review. The VA did not let me down, it never has. This office had a completely professional letdown of mismanagement through appropriated funds meant for it. If I could write a review with less Stars, I would. I hope they actually read this. The management has zero accountability for communication after having individuals fill out extensive paperwork. Let's follow this timeline shall we so the therapist my wife and I are supposed to see for the first time can be aware of this. I arrived at my appointment 20minutes early, checked in online, checked in with the receptionist at the same time after waiting 10minutes for the receptionist to be at her desk. My appointment was at 5pm. I arrived promptly at 440pm. I was able to check in with the receptionist at 450pm, who said, "I'll go let her know you're here". I went to take a seat and wait. Another patient showed up with their kids who one saw their therapist, from i assume, on time. I thought to myself, maybe mine is just wrapping up a session, after all there is a blizzard squall outside and my wife is waiting on a phone call for our couples counseling. I waited Its 510pm, no word, no update 530pm, no update, I might have dozed off for a minute 540pm, nothing, receptionist hasn't been seen since I checked in. 550pm, a mother and her teenage daughter who braved the storm show up and check in using the kiosk because the front staff is nowhere to be seen. 6pm, the therapist who had the younger child comes out to return the child back to their parent. I ask the therapist, hi is "therapist im supposed to see", here? I had an appointment at 5pm, and I've been here since 440pm. It's now 6pm. She said,"oh no, let me take down your name and go check her office. This makes sense why the receptionist asked if I had seen "the therapist im supposed to see"" She comes back, and tells me she doesnt hear anything going on in her office. The mother of the teenage daughter now asks, what is going on, its disastrous outside and we still haven't been seen, we've been checked in too. The therapist on-site asks if they see their therapist regularly, if they had gotten a notification about it being online because of the weather. The mother said after looking at her phone, are you kidding me? They sent this as i was driving to the appointment, in the squall, why would I look at my phone while driving to the office? She was pissed understandably so, after being told they had a "teams meeting this morning, and we're supposed to notify their patients that they are swapping to virtual appointments" I showed the therapist that I had not received any notification about a virtual, and in fact had confirmation about it being in person specifically through text from the office. So the therapist turned to me and said she hoped that this did not sour my experience with the office, they are sorry they did not notify me of any change. I didn't even get a cancelation. She said they will reach out and reschedule with me. I said please be sure to let the Department of Veterans Affairs know I showed up for my appointment because they do not mess around with anyone missing appointments after spending any extra money to send them technically out of network. She promised they would and I said thanks for wasting an hour and a half of my time, now I get to drive home in a blizzard to a wife who was waiting on a phone call for couples counseling and a cranky toddler who was waiting for dad to be home for nap time. This civilian healthcare situation is shit. I understand why everyone is struggling mentally now”
