“Do NOT use this company. I tried to have an appointment with them and did my paperwork literally 3 separate times. What do I wake up to this morning? My appointment tomorrow being cancelled because of “failure to complete paperwork”. Which I KNOW is a lie because I did it myself multiple times. My husband has had this issue too. EVERY time he gets a new doctor here he had to do the paperwork 2-4 times for it to actually show as completed. That’s ridiculous for a multi million dollar company. Not only that, this time my husband was scheduled for a Tuesday. When he said he can ONLY do appointments on weds. He woke up today to a text saying he missed it. We will NOT be paying for an appointment he didn’t consent to. He consented to a Wednesday appointment because that’s the ONLY day off we have during your work week. And we work night shifts. He literally WOULD NOT make an appointment on that day. He called multiple times to reach billing, and every time he was sent to voicemail. Every time he called was during business hours. That’s not even counting the poor experience he had with a provider who KNEW he is bipolar and PURPOSEFULLY DENIED HIS MEDS. We had to call to speak to management to get her to actually give him meds. Which was the entire point of the appointment. Literally NOTHING this company has ever done is professional or acceptable in this field. I’m actually considering contacting the board of psychiatrists to report them.”
“Will be leaving this practice once I find a new provider. Saw someone here twice only to be told they were leaving the practice. Met with the new provider and didn’t vibe with them at all. Called to see about switching. I was told “someone would be calling” me “if it’s approved”…. So I need approval from them to switch providers? Don’t like that at all… It’s also always extremely hard to get through to speak with anyone here. The phone system doesn’t let you continuously hold, it eventually hangs up on you. The people that work the phone are not friendly. I think the facility is too big and it’s affecting the way it’s run. It also doesn’t seem like anyone that works there is happy.”
“I was initially told that my insurance was accepted. After about six appointments or so , I was informed that it was not, and I was then left with a bill of over $700 that I was not expecting. I set up a payment plan, only to later find out that it was not automatic. I was only informed of this when I called about a separate issue. If I had not called, I would not have known until after the payment could have been considered late. I was seeking help during an extremely difficult time after a family member’s life was taken due to domestic violence. The lack of communication and clarity throughout this process has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that I am responsible for my balance, but I also expect clear and timely communication about insurance coverage, billing, and payment arrangements. It is frustrating to be held responsible for payments when important information was not communicated to me in a timely manner.”
“I highly recommend Kevin and Molly! Both are blessings to me. I finally feel understood and when I needed further testing for something that I had to drive somewhere else they both set it up to where I just showed up. I didn't have to fill out papers or anything. Extremely thankful for them!”
